My weekly flick: more city lights

Champs-Elysées have dressed up for the Holiday Season

I debated whether I’d cover the din with some music, and decided that I’d be lazy as usual and would let you enjoy the true atmosphere, noise, traffic jams and all.
I was standing at Rond-Point des Champs-Elysées and looking towards the Louvre and Jardin des Tuileries, where they put the Ferris Wheel in the winter.

  1. I love the ferris wheel, Claude. It’s so festive, especially for me at this time of Thanksgiving.

We’ll be thinking of you and Julie on Thursday as we delight on farm fresh turkey, sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, cranberry sauce, squash & turnips, corn pudding, Norma’s prize-winning apple pie, and all the other things that make up a Thanksgiving dinner. We’ll be 14 at the dinner table, including children, in-laws, nieces, fiance, boyfriend, godparents, and a great friend who turned 91 in August. All we’re missing is a baby.

Wish you could be with us for that leftover turkey sandwich with dressing, cranberry sauce, lettuce, and mayo.
